Welcome to Craftology. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our custom fabrication services, including 3D printing, laser cutting/engraving, and CNC machining. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.es.

We offer the following custom manufacturing services:

• 3D Printing (FDM, SLA, or other available technologies)
• Laser Cutting & Engraving (on wood, acrylic, leather, etc.)
• CNC Machining (milling, routing of materials like wood, plastics, and metals)
• Custom prototyping and small-batch production
   

We reserve the right to refuse any project that violates U.S. laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or does not align with our values or safety standards.

• Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date issued.
• Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept [list payment methods, e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, etc.].
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Georgia state sales tax will be applied to all taxable orders.

• You are responsible for submitting accurate, final, and production-ready design files.
• You represent that you own or have the legal right to use any submitted designs.
• You must review and approve any provided mockups or proofs before production.
• Errors resulting from customer-submitted files (e.g., incorrect dimensions or material specifications) are not our responsibility.

• Standard production time is 7-10 business days, depending on project complexity.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to supply chain delays, technical issues, or order volume.
• Production timelines begin after payment and file approval.
• We will notify you of any significant delays.
   

• We offer shipping via [e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx] to all U.S. states.
• Local pickup is available at our facility in Auburn, GA by appointment.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once the item has been handed to the carrier.

Custom Items

• Due to the made-to-order nature of custom 3D prints, laser-cut products, and CNC-machined items, all sales of custom items are final.
• Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the item is defective due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect dimensions, material, or design flaws not caused by your submitted files).
• Issues with custom items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, along with photos and a written explanation.
   

Non-Custom Items

• Non-custom items (e.g., tools, accessories, sample kits, or stock components) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns.
   

General Conditions

• To request a return or report a defect, contact us at sbrooks@the-craftoloty with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).
• We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if items do not meet our return criteria.
   

• Customers retain ownership of their original files.
• By submitting a file, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to fulfill your order.
• We will not share or reproduce your design for any other purpose unless authorized in writing.
   

You may not use our services to produce:

• Firearms, firearm components, or items regulated by the ATF
• Illegal or prohibited items under federal or Georgia state law
• Obscene, hateful, or discriminatory materials
• Products that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
   

We reserve the right to reject and report any orders that violate these rules.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
• You assume all risk and responsibility for how products are used after delivery.
  
   

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], Georgia..

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
